Nippon Paint Penetrative Epoxy Primer is a two-component solvent-based epoxy primer specially formulated with low viscosity to penetrate deeply into concrete substrates. Enhanced with an adhesion promoter, it provides excellent bonding between the concrete surface and subsequent coating layers.

The primer helps seal porous concrete and re-strengthen weak substrates, making it suitable for preparing concrete floors for polymer overlays. It can also function as a tie coat between concrete and compatible solvent-based topcoats, such as Nippon Paint EA4 Finish, providing a strong foundation for durable floor coating systems.
