Nippon EA9 Finish HB is a two-pack amine-adduct cured epoxy coating specially developed for long-term corrosion protection on a wide range of substrates. It provides excellent adhesion together with good resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage, making it suitable for demanding protective coating systems.

EA9 Finish HB offers outstanding resistance to aqueous solutions and a wide range of industrial chemicals. It is suitable for both immersion and non-immersion services and has been extensively used for corrosion-protection lining of storage tanks containing palm oil derivatives, vegetable oil and potable water. The coating is also tested according to BS 6920 for contact with potable water.
