Fiber-Reinforced Cement-Based Concrete Repair Mortar

CMI® NS FiberPatch 228 is a general-purpose cement-based mortar specially formulated for repairing damaged concrete structures and filling gaps between precast concrete walls. Reinforced with synthetic fibers and designed with controlled shrinkage, it is suitable for patching and resurfacing concrete substrates up to 35 mm thickness, including overhead surfaces.

It is suitable for repairing common concrete defects such as honeycombs, spalling, tie-rod holes and protruding steel. The mortar can also be used for securing foundation and anchor bolts, filling concrete cavities for electrical, piping and air-conditioning works, and filling gaps between precast concrete walls.

CMI® NS FiberPatch 228 provides high compressive strength, excellent bonding and good workability, together with very low shrinkage behaviour. It is also suitable for concrete restructuring and reinforcement of weakened structures such as pillars, slabs, posts, stairways, balconies, overhangs and cornices, as well as the treatment of passive cracks.
