Obaproof AB Top Seal 119 is two-component polymer-modified flexible cementitious waterproof coating. Apply easily to concrete and mansory to create a tough, seamless, and crack-bridging barrier against water penetration.

Product Overview
A high performance, two component acrylic polymer-modified engineered for elastomeric waterproofing and dynamic crack bridging. Ideal for areas subject to structural movement, hydrostatic water pressure, and harsh outdoor elements.

Coverage Rates

• Ground moisture, bathrooms, and balconies (1.0kg/m² per coat)

Obaproof AB Top Seal 119 must be applied in minimum of 2 cross-directional layers. Maximum thickness per single layer must not exceed 2.0kg/m²

Application & Working Guidelines

• Surface Preparation: Substrate must be clean, structurally sound, and repaired of any defects. Dampen dry concrete to achieve a saturated-surface-dry (SSD) state with zero standing water.
• Mixing: Slowly add Part B (Powder) to Part A (Liquid) at a 2:1 ratio by weight while stirring with a low-speed mixer until a smooth slurry is achieved.
• Pot Life: Approximately 30 minutes at +20ºC (shorter in high-heat conditions). Keep containers covered when not actively in use.
• Recoating Interval: Apply minimum 2 coats using a brush or roller in a crosswise direction. Allow 3 to 6 hours between coats.
• Curing: Allow at least 24 hours of curing before tiling, placing screeds, or conducting water ponding tests. Shield from rapid drying under extreme direct sunlight or strong winds.
• Clean-up: Tools and equipment can be cleaned with clean water immediately after use. Cured product requires mechanical removal.

Storage & Safety

• Shelf Life: 12 months from manufacture date, unopened packaging stored in a cool and dry area.
• Safety Precautions: Contains cementitious materials that can cause skin and eye irritation. Wear protective clothing, gloves, dust masks, and safety goggles. Flush affected areas with clean water for at least 15 minutes of contact occurs and seek medical attention if irritation persists.
